Many years ago, a British-built Honda Civic Type-R hit the streets, and drivers everywhere loved it. From the company's home base in Japan to the United States, Type-R has become a trim level of its very own.

2011 Honda Fit Pricing

The 2011 Honda Fit is heading to dealership car lots, and the Japanese auto maker has released official pricing for the segment-leading subcompact hatchback; the Fit will now start at $15,850.

It will cost $800 to change out the stock five-speed manual for an automatic. At that starting price, Honda now includes remote entry, the stability assist technology, cruise control, and a USB audio interface.

HPD-Prepared CR-Zs, B-Spec Honda Fit Take On 25-Hour Endurance Challenge

It was a day of firsts for Honda Performance Development (HPD) Friday at Thunderhill Raceway as driver Peter Cunningham piloted a hybrid Honda CR-Z to the E3 class pole in preparation for this weekend's 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race.
